EXECUTIVE COACHING
Targeted at newly identified key talent and early career high potential managers, the executive coaching engagement has as its goal the accelerated development of the individual by focusing on specific organizational results. As an extension of the Leadership Defined© Integrated Series, this engagement uses multi-observer feedback combined with specific organizational goals to drive development planning and execution for the client.
Using a combination of in-person, team context and virtual coaching methodologies, the executive coaching engagement can be easily adapted to distributed executives and their teams. Our approach is adapted from the Coaching for Leadership Continuum. Our content is customized to the individual and the organizational situation.
